Irvine, CA. March, 2011 –Peloton Global Distribution Services® (Peloton®) (www.PelotonGlobal.com) made a donation to the San Diego Zoo’s Animal Enrichment Program to help endangered Cheetahs and the Galápagos Tortoise.
During this year’s 2011 Peloton Meeting in San Diego, CA, attendees had the opportunity to visit the San Diego Zoo to view these endangered species and learn how the donation will be put to use.
The San Diego Zoo’s Animal Enrichment Program uses donated funds to purchase needed items for animals such as treats, toys and equipment used for scientific study.
Peloton made this donation to ensure the animals are content in their habitat, and that scientists at the San Diego Zoo have the equipment they need to study these magnificent creatures. By learning more about these endangered species we will be able to better protect them in the wild, guaranteeing they are around for future generations to enjoy.
